Something came up yet again in my travels and when I get the inspiration, I will write about it. We have so much going on in the world right now and in our own lives, but something simple we can do to make a difference before going into the New Year.
A novel idea, but you have to look a little deeper at it.
Moving past old limitations and situations that keep you stuck in the past. What I mean by that is loving yourself enough and others to allow seeing beneath the surface of what you thought you knew about someone and maybe, just maybe, discovering the true beauty within.
Even though you have had what you’ve experienced in the past, leave it there. Set yourself free and live in the now. It doesn’t mean you have to spend anymore time with them, but you have to spend time with you. So. Forgiveness. Understanding. Compassion. Relax into the flow of seeing anew. See the innocence in all and their choices, including your own. Let go the hate, anger, judgement and criticism. It just haunts you. Keeping one foot in the past. Never truly moving into where we all would love to be and living a life that is more amazing than we thought possible. Trust.
Love. Let love heal. Heal the resistance, the patterns and dissolve the pain. Allow life the room to take you where you need to be. You will be ok.
Lastly, we have a Full Moon energy and yeehaaa. What a great way to say bye bye to the past. You can write out things you would like to let go of or clear, put it in a window or just trust that the Universe got your message. Do not be afraid to ask for help.
