You know I have talked about feelings before.
It is ok to have them.
We are all going through a wake up call. It is going to be different for each person and you may “feel” many things every day.
As you grow on this path or adventure also known as a kind of awakening, you will have them. This isn’t a fluffy bunny, nothing will ever be negative kind of experience. The more you realize that and let it flow, the better off you will be.
With that being said, it isn’t horrible. It may be a little uncomfortable, but that is ok too. Allow it, try not to wallow in it or let it pull you down. You will have higher days than others, so to speak. I don’t like to use the term good or bad. You may feel not so up on some days or hours, just depends on what you are going through and might be releasing at that time. Your family, friends, co-workers, etc are probably going through similar things, they may not know what it is and may think it is some kind of depression, etc. If you feel like things are just too much, then get help. Seek out medical advice, professional counseling or both. Their are some great resources out there.
Again, just do YOUR best. Seek out like-minded people to share your adventure with. It is always a plus to be able to talk with others that are going through similar things. Put it out to the Universe and see what you get. You may an article about a group online that meets or in your local area. A kind of positive group. Empowering.
I do believe in thinking positive. Learning to raise your vibration, getting outside, being creative and other activities that are enjoyable to assist in off-setting the down times. Also, I believe in being real and letting myself experience the emotions on a deeper level. I am choosing to send more love to myself when it gets less positive. Being more accepting of the whole package. Is it done? No. It is a daily practice. Some days are easier said than done, but it does get easier.
